The best time to visit Sundarbans is between November and February when the weather is pleasant with moderate temperatures (15°C to 25°C). This is also the best time for wildlife spotting as animals come out more frequently during these cooler months.

Our tours are extremely safe. We use sturdy, well-equipped boats with all necessary safety gear. Our guides are trained in first aid and emergency procedures. We always follow forest department guidelines and never take unnecessary risks. Tiger sightings are done from safe distances on watchtowers or from the boat.

We recommend packing light but essential items: comfortable cotton clothes (preferably in earthy colors), good walking shoes, sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen), insect repellent, binoculars, camera, any personal medications, and a light jacket for evenings. We provide a detailed packing list upon booking.

While we can't guarantee tiger sightings (they are wild animals after all), our expert guides know the best locations and times to maximize your chances. On our longer tours (3-4 days), about 60% of groups report tiger sightings. Even without tiger sightings, you'll see abundant other wildlife including deer, crocodiles, birds, and the stunning mangrove ecosystem.

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before the tour date. For cancellations between 15-30 days, we offer a 50% refund. Cancellations within 15 days are non-refundable but we can reschedule your tour (subject to availability). In case we need to cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we offer a full refund or rescheduling.
